Stanislav Glazov

[RU/DE]

Video artist, music producer, and photographer Stanislav Glazov merges together digital animation and interactive visuals. As head of Licht.Pfad studio, he weaves together his interests in techno and fashion. Glazov has been active as an artist in Berlin for over fifteen years.

As PRCDRL, Glazov’s music is inspired by industrial, ambient, and dub, and produced with analog devices. The vision is in combination of the noise, disharmony, and melody with hypnotic techno. His A/V sets link together his music with generative visuals to make an immersive live performance based on abstract digital shape design. Outside of music, Glazov has been commissioned for numerous editorials for fashion designers, including Perlensau and Sintezia. His studio Licht.Pfad established itself in Berlin in 2012, providing motion graphics, 3D mapping, and VFX solutions for theatre and performance staging, including for 4D Festival and Bassiani club.

Glazov has been actively engaged in educational projects since 2007. Since establishing himself in Berlin, Glasov has been developing a new cultural platform in order to build a community and organise different events for education focused on audio–visual technologies.

Along with techno producer Dasha Rush and performance artist Valentin Tszin, Stanislav Glasov will present Les Territoires Éphémères, an audiovisual piece that explores inconsistencies in memory and perception across generative imagery, movement, and abstract poetry.
