We have a dedicated contact person for those with questions about visiting CTM Festival as a person with special needs. This person can provide information about venue accessibility, or programme details relating to volume, lighting effects (stroboscope), or any other condition that could affect sensitive individuals. Please contact us at accessibility[at]ctm-festival.de for more information.
Please also note that all CTM venues except Studio 1 at Kunstquartier Bethanien, Griessmuehle Room 2, and Paloma Bar) are wheelchair accessible. For elevator and further accessibility enquiries at the Bethanien, please ask at the Info Countery. Venue staff can be asked for help with regards to mobility and elevator usage. The CTM exhibition opening (on Friday 24.1.) is traditionally very full, which may also present mobility problems for wheelchair users. More information on accessibility at Berlin’s Botanic Garden can be found here.
We offer free access for an accompanying person for holders of a ”Schwerbehinderten Ausweis mit Kategorie B” card. Please get in touch with us in advance to make arrangements. Likewise, if you are unable to pick up your pass at Kunstquartier Bethanien, please get in touch with us.
