SatBerlin Current travels to Marseilles, France, to take part in the 48H Chrono festival within the Friche belle de mai arts complex. For its 2015 edition, the festival highlights the German capital from its music, to film, to culinary surprises. As a collaboration with one of the festival venues, the Cabaret Aléatoire, CTM has co-programmed a night that brings Berlin's signature intense grainy techno to the port city.
Featuring performances by Berlin-based Russian producer Dasha Rush, audiovisual duo Lumisokea, Kobosil, and DJ sets by Opium Hum, and Marseille's Adamovitch, the evening is headlined by Samuel Kerridge, an active force on the Berlin scene through his Downward Records label and regular Dystopian club nights.
Rounding-out the night is a collaboration between local Radio Grenouille and Berlin's Reboot.fm, who together will produce a mix series with special guests including above-mentioned Lumisokea and Opium Hum.

The 48H Chrono Festival brings a yearly intensive round-the-clock programme to the city of Marseilles. The festival takes place within the Friche la belle de mai, a former tobacco plant in Marseilles's Belle de mai district that was converted into a cultural complex in 1992. The complex focuses on the creation and production of new artistic works within diverse fields of current arts, often linking its activities to current local and international socio-political issues.
