ThuFrédéric Gies and Fiedel take over Säule for “Dance is Ancient.” Attendees are invited to join Gies, who dances throughout the evening, acting as a catalyst for the audience’s participation in dance and trance.

Longtime Berghain resident and Ostgut Ton affiliate Fiedel has been making and playing music for over 20 years. Born and raised in Brandenburg, he started out playing records at Subversiv after the wall came down, and began producing and performing live with Errorsmith as MMM shortly after.
Swedish artist, dancer, and choreographer Frédéric Gies works with techno, club, and rave cultures. They collaborate regularly with Berghain/Ostgut Ton affiliate Fiedel, lighting designer Thomas Zamolo, visual artist Anton Stoianov, and fashion designer Grzegorz Matlag.
