Ruggero Pietromarchi

Ruggero Pietromarchi is the creative director of Terraforma, an experimental and sustainable music festival held since 2014 in the park of Villa Arconati, a rural palace and gardens in the town of Bollate, northwest of Milan, Italy.

Since 2012 he has curated numerous events related to music and art, notably "Piano City" in Milan in 2012 and "Time Lapse" with Armin Linke, Donato Dozzy, and Rabih Beaini for the 2013 Venice Biennale. In 2015 he joined Lorenzo Senni on the board of Presto!? Records. In 2016 he founded Threes Productions, an agency that curates and produces events related to music, art, and sustainability, including Japanese band the Boredoms performing inside Anselm Kiefer's permanent installation "The Seven Heavenly Palaces" at the Pirelli HangarBicocca, and Tranceparenti—commissioned by the Teatro Franco Parenti on the occasion of the reopening of the historic Piscine Caimi in Milan.
