Mirjam Sögner

Mirjam Sögner studied at the Vienna Conservatory in pedagogy for contemporary dance, and recently graduated from the dance/maker BA program at ArtEZ Hoogeschool voor de Kunsten Arnhem (NL) with specializations in choreography and artistic research/art theory.

As a dancer, she has worked with Ann van den Broek, Joeri Dubbe, Ivan Perez, Julian Barnett, Jasper van Luijk, and Sara Lourenco, among others.

Her latest piece, OOZE, was shown on several notable newcomer festivals in the Netherlands, including Voorjaarsontwaken at Korzo Den Haag and the ITS Festival Amsterdam.

For CTM, Sögner performs at the MusicMaker Hacklab’s closing showcase.
