Surrender your sense of agency to a cyborgian robotic entity in "Inferno," an hour-long exploration of technology and control. The participatory installation, by Bill Vorn & Louis-Philippe Demers, enacts an experience of hell and punishment. Subjectivities rupture; participants are divided and split, allowed only partial control over their own bodies. Places are still available for those interested to participate.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Tomasa del Real will no longer appear at CTM 2020. However, we are pleased to announce a performance from La Zowi in her stead! The famed trap and reggaeton vocalist first broke out with "Ratxeta," and most recently released her second mixtape, Elite. Accompanied by a host of dancers, she's sure to deliver a lively, raucous performance.

CTM's 21st edition begins tonight! The annual exhibition, this year titled Interstitial Spaces, opens at Kunstquartier Bethanien. Upstairs, Studio 1 welcomes a number of special sets and performances by Mo Chan, Peter Kirn & Tad Ermitaño, and Loïc Koutana x NSDOS x Zorka Wollny.

Hollow Howl opens tonight from 7pm at daadgalerie. The expansive installation by sergey kasich sees a variety of objects distributed throughout the exhibition space, which serve as passively resonating, reflecting, and absorbing surfaces. The installation will continue to be on-show during CTM 2020, free of charge.

Tonight, Griessmuehle’s Room I welcomes a global lineup presented in collaboration with Puticlub, featuring La Zowi, Lafawndah, DJ Scotch Egg x Khanja & MC Yallah, Isa GT, and more. Room II is taken over by Berlin club collective Ghettoraid, who percolate the likes of footwork and juke in a cheap DJ mixer to create Ghettoraid: the jukin' juice!
Take advantage of a quieter day programme to visit the new commissioned work by Maria Thereza Alves and Lucrecia Dalt at the Botanic Garden Berlin. “You Will Go Away One Day But I Will Not” is a spatial sound installation that interrogates the practice of using Western scientific nomenclature to name plants worldwide.

The annual RND invites students and researchers from various graduate and postgraduate programmes to exchange and share their work. Topics this year include sonic affects, the sounds of socio-political instability, and the liminal voice. Hosted by Anita Jóri, Alberto de Campo, and Stefanie Alisch.
Those who missed last night’s sold out opening concert have the chance to catch the reprise tonight. “Frontera,” by Animals of Distinction with choreography by Dana Gingras, considers the visibility of human bodies amidst an era of aggressive nationalism and corporate mass surveillance. Opening is Jasmine Guffond, who performs live ahead of the release of Microphone Permission on Editions Mego.
