WedSound has been used as a healing implement for centuries. It is heard not only with the ears but felt with every cell in the human body (65% of which is water, ultimate sound conductor).
Synchronising body vibrations and consequently brain waves to specific sound frequencies, it is possible to achieve profound states of relaxation to restore disharmonies. As illness could be regarded as a manifestation of disharmony in the body, rebalancing by deeply bathing in sound is the key to open the deepest doors of our self perception. This closing session led by Lucy gives a pause halfway through the festival, letting us soak in all the vibrations we've heard thus far and opening our ears and bodies to the final weekend ahead.
This session is free, but limited to 70 participants. First come first served.
Participants should bring 1 yoga mat, 1 pillow, 1 blanket, and 2 yoga blocks.
Lucy is the nom de techno of Italian-born and Berlin-based Luca Mortellaro—producer, DJ, performer, and Stroboscopic Artefacts’ curator. He has made a name for himself as one of the genre’s most exciting and ambitious artists.
