Lower Order Ethics is Szilvia Lednitzky, hailing from the murky depths of underground Budapest nights. Flirting with borderline gothic and harsh industrial, her sets pry open the doors of experimental techno’s secret chambers, conjuring up smoky, hypnotic images of endless nights spent in a daze.
While listening to her selection, one experiences a growing sense of paranoia that suddenly changes into many different colours, creating a certain ambience of a warm but solemn temperament. When not playing with soundscapes and the feelings they create, Lower Order Ethics promotes techno and curates contemporary alternative electronic music events in Budapest as a die-hard member of prestigious underground collective Technokunst, or takes part in A/V art projects around the world.
