Hailing from Lima, Perú is Dengue Dengue Dengue, a tropical storm of electronic psychedelia. Always in constant evolution, DDD explores rhythms and sounds from any and all corners of the world.

Comprised of producers, DJs, and graphic designers Felipe Salmon and Rafael Pereira, DDD are known for working with native rhythms from Perú and other parts of the world and integrating them into an electronic form. They blend the old with the new and the analog with the digital, thus creating their own unique sound and visuals. Their musical explorations traverse psychedelic cumbia and dub as well as salsa, footwork, tribal, and techno. Their audiovisual palette is ever-evolving, as they continuously throw new flavours into the mix.

They have released two full length albums: 2012’s La Alianza Profana, on Auxiliar, and 2016’s Siete Raices, on Enchufada. Their work also includes a commissioned remix for legendary salsa label Fania Records, as well as a contribution to Rhythm and Roots’ A Guide to the Birdsong of South America compilation. The duo has remixed music by the likes of Tremor, Symbiz Sound, El Remolon and King Doudou, and have toured across Latin America, Europe, East Asia, and the USA.
