Gosia is also President of the Board of Unsound Festival's parent non-profit organisation, Fundacja Tone – Muzyka i Nowe Formy Sztuki (Tone Foundation for Music and New Art Forms), which is responsible for promotion of contemporary art and culture.

She holds a Masters in Journalism and Media Theory from Jagiellonian University.
