He has curated and produced artistic and outreach projects for different Mexican institutions, among them Fonoteca Nacional, Radio UNAM, Mexican Radio Institute, Mexico City Philharmonic, and the National Arts Council. Wolffer was music critic of the Mexico City daily Reforma and music editor of the magazine dF por Travesías. He directs the non-profit organization Plataforma Radar, focused on new music, and is arts consultant for Mexico’s Foreign Ministry.
