Room I’s global lineup is presented in collaboration with Puticlub, a project dedicated to promoting Latinx, diaspora, QTPOC artists through showcasing perreo, sandungueo, champeteo, cumbiazo, baile funk, merengazo, guaracha, 3bal genres y de todito!

The explosive, infectious Ivicore is a Venezuelan DJ and producer weaving together trap, reggaeton, kuduro, afrobeats, and everything in between.

Earlier this year, pop polymath Lafawndah released her debut album, Ancestor Boy. Her work, described as “labyrinths of genre and style that teem with trapdoors,” (Pitchfork) winds across such a wide array of influences that it’s near-impossible to pinpoint.

Hailing from Mexico is MUXXXE, the visual artist, rapper, and DJ. Their shows promise ardent vocals; fiery, low-slung rhythms; and arresting stage presence too.

La Zowi is the trap and reggaeton vocalist who first broke out with 2013’s “Ratxeta,” which takes its title from an adaptation of “ratchet.” She recently released her second mixtape, Elite, which features Ian Isiah, Pablo Chill-E, Jam City, and Sinjin Hawke & Zora Jones, among others. She is sure to deliver a lively, raucous performance, flanked by dancers.

Moesha 13 sings, performs, DJs, and produces a unique blend of French rap, hardcore, reggaeton, and more. Winding autotuned vocals collide with gadjicore, hip hop, gabber, and even metal, both in her wild, unruly sets and in her own productions.

The collaboration between DJ Scotch Egg, Khanja & MC Yallah was spawned from the CTM and Musicboard Berlin-supported residency at Nyege Nyege’s Kampala studios; fiery vocals and dense wails strike atop tumbling, syncopated percussion and weighty drones.

Colombian artist Isa GT draws from cumbia, house, Baltimore club, baile funk, kuduro, and everything in between. As Etoro’s label boss, she works to support Latinx artists, an aim also evident in her frequent collaborations.

Moesha 13 is supported by SHAPE, which is cofunded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.
