Lecture by Lars TCF Holdhus

Lars Holdhus will attempt to map out where music and artificial intelligence will merge in the nearby future.

Taking in account the history of AI and it's issues relating to agency, cognition, human auditory limitations, computational limits and long-term funding, one can imagine new and interesting scenarios to unfold. These scenarios can increase the possibility of AI systems being integrated into computer music production. Holdhus will go through recent developments in AI and connect it to areas where it could be applied in music production.
